We. Seek. Personalities.
Strategic thinking, consulting expertise and creative, conceptual solutions – these are all part of our daily routine. We work internationally, and our working languages are German and English in equal measure. If this mix appeals to you and you have the relevant competences, let’s talk.
We strike a balance between customer orientation, quality and efficiency. If, in addition, an inspiring work environment, varied development opportunities and a great team are important to you, we have a lot in common.
Working at Commha Consulting means being both supported and challenged, which is why training and education are high on our list of priorities. Trainees can prepare for their career in consultancy while working. We don’t have a “one-size-fits-all” approach – we work together with you on your personal development path in cooperation with respected training providers like Initiative Kommunikation and the Team P Academy. We are gradually establishing and expanding our curriculum in the areas Change Management and Collaboration. And it goes without saying that our seasoned consultants continually update their skills as well. External seminars and conferences complement our in-house CommhAcademy.
Our jobs are demanding – so we place particular value on good working relationships. Shared experiences like our company outing and the annual BASF Firmencup bring us together as a team and help to ensure that everyone in the office can give their best and enjoys their work.
We create long-term perspectives for talented career entrants and seasoned professionals alike, and as advocates of a good work-life balance, we offer flexible working hours. We offer interns extensive insights into our work, while complying with Fair Company Initiative conditions.
