A graduate in English linguistics, Barbara combines communications expertise with systemic organizational development to advise companies in times of change. Prior to joining Commha Consulting, she was a press officer at Oxford University, where she helped shape external communication for over a decade, from science communication to university policy. At Commha Consulting, her focus is on external communication, team development and change processes. She is a speaker at conferences, presents seminars and publishes in trade journals. She holds certifications both as a PR consultant (DAPR) and in systemic organizational development (Systemic Society Germany).
