“Resonance in Change” is well received – this is how we experienced it during our workshop at the PR Summer School. Because what we had hoped for really happened: The participants eagerly tried out what it means to apply Hartmut Rosa’s concept of resonance to change situations.

With this approach, even “stuck” change situations can be revived. That way, the change is not only implemented structurally, but actually reaches the mindset of the employees. And in line with the theory we did not leave the seminar area unchanged. We also took new impulses from feedback and discussions with us – and they will reverberate in our future work.
