Our approach

Motivation rises when people learn to view themselves as competent, autonomous, and socially integrated. Therefore, we always think of team development as a joint development and change process. We’ll accompany you and your team on this path by helping to clarify and structure, moderating the process and providing impulses. To sum it up: we’ll prepare the ground for good collaboration.

Our format

Depending on the initial situation, team composition, and size, the foundations for successful teamwork can be built in a few half- to full-day sessions (team workshops). The format is suitable for teams of up to 30 people; you should schedule between three and five sessions in the first year.

We’ll start with the following question: which goals would the team like to achieve together? The clarification of team goals is typically followed by the clarification of roles and collaboration processes. The team will define how it would like to shape its future collaboration. We’ll clarify any tasks and next steps with you and support the transfer into everyday life. Our portfolio is rounded off by additional impulses in terms of feedback, creativity techniques, innovative tools, and collaboration methods from project and change management , conflict prevention, and mediation.
